Aeropolis

More than a thousand professionals work in our national secretariat in Brussels. They support colleagues throughout the country in all kinds of areas: ICT, HR, marketing, communication, finance, organizational development, legal... In addition, overarching initiatives are being developed. In this way, Strategy & Policy sets the course for our future. Furthermore, our health insurance services are coordinated from here, and our technical CM departments use their expertise every day to optimize our services.

Regional headquarters

A regional headquarters provides the strong link between the national secretariat and the local CM offices. Our file managers follow up every file flawlessly: they give the green light for certain rights or allowances, answer specific questions, follow up on checks, keep their knowledge up to date and much more. Furthermore, our local support services are running at full speed: HR, marketing, communications, etc. This is also the home of our consulting physicians and our professionals in social work and home care.

In short, here you will find the symbiosis between second-line support and direct services to our members. A regional head office is also the focal point where service and national cooperation come together. A fast-paced dynamic is combined with the warmth of an organization where everyone still knows each other.
