Volunteers at Kazou
Kazou, CM's youth service, organizes popular holidays at home and abroad for children and young people from 7 to 18 years old.
Every year, thousands of Kazou volunteers travel home and abroad during the holidays to supervise these holidays. You can take on various voluntary commitments on a Kazou holiday.
As an animator:
- are you at least 16 years old or are you turning 16 this year;
- you follow a one-week basic course to obtain your 'Animator in youth work' certificateµ;
- prepare the holiday with the other animators;
- guide you through the holiday.
As a member of the cooking team:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you guarantee healthy and varied meals throughout your entire holiday;
- you take care of the maintenance of the accommodation together with the animators;
- you can solve all small and practical problems with the snap of a finger.
As a nurse:
- are you a nurse, midwife or doctor/are you a nursing or midwifery student and have completed your second year/are you a medical student and have completed your third year;
- you will go on a JOMBA holiday (for young people with special attention);
- administer medication and ensure the medical needs and care of the children;
- you are part of the moni team and can participate in all activities.
