Lens implants
CM provides a one-time reimbursement of up to 100 euros per eye for lens implants placed before January 1, 2024* and if they are not reimbursed by health insurance.
The CM reimbursement for lens implants can be combined with the reimbursements for glasses, lenses and refractive laser treatment.
Provide CM with an application form
Provide CM with the completed form or the original invoice with yellow sticker via the My CM app or the CM mailbox.
You will receive the refund
The refund will be transferred to your account as soon as possible.
What are the conditions?
- You are a member of CM.
- The treatment was carried out before January 1, 2024* by an ophthalmologist recognized by the Riziv. You will find them in the 'Find healthcare providers' module.
- There is no reimbursement from statutory health insurance.
Good to know
With CM-MediKo Plan you can take out additional insurance against medical costs. There is also an additional reimbursement for lens implants.
