What to do in case of death?
After reporting to the registry office, CM is automatically informed of the death. So you do not have to report this yourself.

- to organize the file of the surviving relatives (e.g. for a registration in your own name);
- to arrange formalities regarding possible refunds.
Did the deceased receive sickness or disability benefits ? Be sure to contact us quickly so that the file can be closed in a timely manner and you can avoid chargebacks.
The Social Work department will provide you with information and advice about social benefits and facilities and, if necessary, will direct you to the right service. They can offer you the necessary psychosocial support during the grieving process.
