Transport cancer treatment
Your health insurance will provide reimbursement for transportation to and from your cancer treatment.
Do you travel by public transport? You will then receive a full refund, provided you travel in second class.
For other means of transport you receive 0.34 euros per kilometer, without limitation on the number of kilometers.
You will receive an application
The attending physician at the center will provide you with an application form. Your doctor will then state the dates on which the cancer treatment took place.
Send the form to CM
You do this via the CM mailbox. We always need the original document.
