What to do in the event of an accident at school or in the youth movement?

Schools and youth movements are also insured.

The insurance of the school or youth movement reimburses the personal part of the medical costs. This concerns the part that you have to pay yourself after CM has made a refund.

Notify the school/youth movement

Report the accident to the school or youth movement.

Injury(s)? Report the accident to CM

This can be done in two ways:

or you do that digitally;
or provide CM with the completed 'Report of accident' form.

You can also receive the form without having reported an accident. This happens if CM suspects that there was an accident (e.g. based on a hospital admission or a declaration of disability).

Always return the completed form to CM as quickly as possible, even if the medical costs are not the result of an accident.

Reimbursement of medical costs

Submit your medical expenses to CM and always state that they are related to the accident.
Provide the school or youth movement with an overview of what you paid yourself. You can print such an overview via ' My file '.
