The 'Life Wishes' cards help you to think about the end of life and the associated preferences and wishes in a simple and accessible way.
It is important that you can talk about this with each other. Today you ensure that your family, friends or healthcare providers make the right choices in difficult times, times when it may not be possible to talk about them.
Choose a card
You choose from 37 cards with described wishes what is important to you at this moment and in difficult times. There are also 2 joker cards on which you can write down your very personal wishes or preferences. These can also be very small things that you enjoy, but that many people may not know.

Discuss
Once you know what you want, you can discuss the chosen, but also the unchosen cards with your family, friends and/or healthcare provider(s).
