But what do you do with the 'Life Wishes' cards?
The 'Life Wishes' cards help you to think about the end of life and the associated preferences and wishes in a simple and accessible way.
It's important that you can talk about this with each other. Today, you're ensuring that your family, friends, or caregivers make the right choices in difficult times, times when it might not be possible to talk about it.
Choose a card
You choose from 37 cards with written wishes that describe what's important to you right now and in difficult times. There are also two wild cards where you can write down your very personal wishes or preferences. These can also be very small things that you enjoy, but that many people might not know about.

Discuss
Once you know what you want, you can discuss the cards you have chosen, as well as the cards you have not chosen, with your family, friends and/or healthcare providers.
