Main assignments of CM

CM is committed to carrying out the following assignments.

• Help manage and implement the mandatory health insurance.
  • CM as co-manager :
    • sits on various bodies of the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (Riziv);
    • is actively involved in concluding rate agreements with healthcare providers;
    • acts as a representative and spokesperson for the patients.
  • CM as executor :
    • reimburses medical expenses;
    • pays compensation in the event of disability.
• Informing its members.
• Offering social assistance and legal assistance.
• Developing projects for a healthy lifestyle .
• Implementation of Flemish social protection.
• Distributing isi ⁺ maps.
