How much does the CM-Tandplan dental insurance cost ?
- You can calculate the premium for you (and your family) online.
- Your dependent children are insured free of charge up to and including the third calendar year after the year of their birth.
- Combine CM-Tandplan with CM-MediKo Plan and receive a combination bonus.

To join a CM insurance policy, you must be and remain insured with CM Flanders for the services and benefits offered and be up to date with the payment of your CM contributions.

You must always insure yourself and your dependents, unless one of these persons is already covered by a similar insurance policy. In that case, that person does not need to be added.

There is no waiting time for preventive dental care, dental care following an accident, or oncological treatment.
For the other guarantees, you are entitled to refunds after a waiting period of:
- 6 months for curative dental care;
- 12 months for orthodontics, periodontology, dentures and implants.
Are you switching from a similar insurance policy? Then we will reduce or eliminate your waiting period.
The waiting period starts from the date of enrollment. After the waiting period, you can receive reimbursements from CM-Tandplan.
Important: Treatments or costs started or incurred before or during the waiting period are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, you can combine CM-Tandplan with CM-MediKo Plan. If you are insured under both plans, you benefit from a combination bonus.
CM-Tandplan offers reimbursements for dental care without hospitalization. CM-MediKo Plan protects you with reimbursements for many other medical costs without hospitalization, for example:
- up to 75% of the co-payment
- up to 120 euros for glasses and lenses
- up to 1,200 euros for hearing aids
- ...
For dental care, the total reimbursement from the CM-MediKo Plan and CM-Tandplan combined cannot exceed the reimbursement ceiling of the CM-Tandplan.

You do not need to do anything extra to receive your reimbursement. Your dentist uses an e-certificate, which is submitted digitally to CM.
Did you receive a certificate for assistance provided from your dentist after all? Please return it to us via one of the CM mailboxes. An envelope is not necessary.
Submit the ' harmonisation document ' or 'proof of treatment(s) performed' via the My CM app or a CM mailbox. You will receive the document from the dentist.
To receive the reimbursements, you simply need to indicate the start of the treatment via the My CM app or submit the application form via a CM mailbox.
