What should I do if my ISI+ card is lost or stolen?

Since no new physical cards are issued anymore, you do not need to apply for a new card. The digital isi+ card can be found in My CM, the My CM app or in the MyGov app of the Belgian federal government.

Is the ISI+ card free?

Yes, CM issues the digital ISI+ card free of charge to everyone who is entitled to it.

What should I do as long as I have not received my ISI+ card?

While waiting for your ISI+ card, you can present a yellow sticker at the pharmacy, hospital or certain healthcare providers.

Will I automatically receive my ISI+ card?

No. Only children under the age of twelve who live in Belgium will automatically receive the digital isi+ card in My CM or in the My CM app of the parent they are dependent on, or in the MyGov app of the Belgian federal government. The card is available digitally a few weeks after registration. You can also print or download the card in PDF format. If you are unable to consult the digital card, or to print or download it yourself, please contact CM. Do you fall under Belgian social security and are you unable to obtain an electronic identity document? Then you must apply for an isi+ card yourself at CM.

Who gets an ISI+ card?

The ISI+ card is only issued to children under the age of twelve and persons who are subject to Belgian social security but cannot obtain a valid ID (such as cross-border workers who live abroad and work in Belgium).

How do I invoice the intake based on the regulations from 01-06-2021?

On 01-06-2021, a new regulation came into effect with the deletion of the pseudocode from the file start-up. This has been replaced by a nomenclature code for the patient's intake. File start-up/intake can only be reimbursed once per calendar year, regardless of the number of pathological situations in that calendar year. File start-up/intake can only be certified at the first session of a treatment (this does not necessarily have to be the first session of the calendar year). Example: file start-up 639855 in combination with session 560011 (and possibly allowance 562671) corresponds to performance codes 567033 (intake) and 567011 (session) in the new nomenclature. Since performance code 560011 in the new nomenclature is linked to the 10th to 18th session of a treatment, intake 567033 can only be certified in combination with performance code 567011 (1st to 9th session).
