BloomUp
BloomUp is an online platform that enables a conversation with a psychologist or psychotherapist in just a few clicks. CM and BloomUp work together.
Anyone can have a video call via BloomUp with experts specialized in more than 35 problems. A selection of the topics that can be discussed:
- low self esteem
- stress
- performance pressure
- fear of failure
- relationships
- meaning
- fears
- depression
- burnout
Surf to the BloomUp website
On the BloomUp website, click on 'Schedule your first conversation'.
Answer 3 questions
- How old are you (minimum age 16 years)?
- Who do you prefer to talk to (male/female/doesn't matter)?
- What do you want to talk about (check the topics in a list)?
You will be assigned 3 therapists
Based on your answers, you will be assigned three psychotherapists/psychologists for a first free introductory meeting. Choose from those three people.
The actual conversation can now start. The video calls on the platform are fully encrypted and secured.
Refund is done automatically
The reimbursement of the CM benefit for psychological care is automatic via the platform.
You enter your details, after which CM checks whether the refund can be transferred. It is no longer necessary to complete the psychological care application form.
