Have you been unexpectedly discharged from the hospital, has your caregiver suddenly become incapacitated, or are you suddenly in a crisis situation? Do you urgently need home care and can't manage it yourself?
CM's Urgent Home Care Organizer, in collaboration with home care partners, works to find a customized solution . Arranging a hospital bed, short-term stay, home nursing, home help, or any necessary aids—it's all possible!
The only condition is that you are a CM member .

- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.
Friday: 8.30am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. - For urgent home care questions, you can contact the Care Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you call outside the Zorglijn's opening hours, an external care service will take over the call.
