Certificate of supplemented refunds
With supplemented refunds, you are entitled to a number of benefits. Some of these benefits, such as the advantageous rate on the train or bus, can be requested with your identity card. For other benefits, you need a certificate of supplemented refunds. Are you entitled to supplemented refunds, but do you not yet have a certificate? Simply download it via My CM. You can also download the certificate for train or bus here if your identity card is not sufficient.
Download your certificate
- Log in to My CM.
- Click on your name in the left menu and then on 'zorggegevens'.
- Download your supplemented refunds certificate or request a copy by email.
- Received the certificate? Send it to NMBS or another transport company.
