        Certificate of increased allowance

        Service With increased compensation, you are entitled to a number of benefits. Some of these benefits, such as the advantageous rate on the train or bus, can be requested with your identity card. For other benefits, you need a certificate of increased compensation.         Third party paying arrangement

        Type 2 diabetes care pathway
