Why do I have to report every accident to CM?

In the event of an accident with injuries and a potentially liable third party, you must inform CM as soon as possible. Why? CM will then initiate a 'subrogation action' in which we recover the medical costs incurred by the CM from the liable party. These costs are often much higher than your own personal share. Why is that important? It protects our social security against unnecessary expenditure, because the responsible party pays (and not social security, to which everyone contributes). Is there no liable third party? CM will then cover the costs.

Certificate of increased allowance

Service With increased compensation, you are entitled to a number of benefits. Some of these benefits, such as the advantageous rate on the train or bus, can be requested with your identity card. For other benefits, you need a certificate of increased compensation. Are you entitled to increased compensation, but do you not yet have a certificate? Simply download it via My CM. You can also download the certificate for train or bus here if your identity card is not sufficient.
