Our roles
As a health fund, we fulfill various roles that reinforce each other:
- As health advisors, we offer personal and collective support and guidance regarding health. As a health fund, we focus on the health of every individual and the health of our society. Based on trust, we advocate for everyone's interests so that every person can lead a high-quality life, and we contribute to a better society for everyone.
- As a social movement , we use our expertise to steer health policy and build a healthy society. In addition, we focus on collective actions and critical, engaged initiatives to continuously strive for greater accessibility and availability of everything that enables a better quality of life and a healthy life. We do this together with our members and our volunteers, who are the beating heart of our organization.
- As a social entrepreneur We are making every effort to meet new health demands, together with our members, volunteers, and partners, based on a broad vision of health. Our ambition is to identify gaps in welfare and healthcare. In doing so, we can make the conscious choice to fill these gaps ourselves.
- As a social insurer , we administer compulsory health insurance in the most efficient, reliable, and proactive manner. With our supplementary and optional insurance policies, we are committed to insuring the health needs of our members in an affordable and high-quality way.
